It was my first time seeing Dr. Funai, and after missing eye appointments since the COVID era, I truly appreciated how attentive, patient, and compassionate he was. The staff and the doctor were very friendly. They had a great selection of glasses. This definitely be mine and my family's new optometrist.
This weekend we visited West Village Optometry for the first time. Melissa was super attentive, patient and helped us navigate finding the right frames and determining how best to use our insurance. We had a couple of items to take care of during the week so she gave us her card and told us she would take care of us once we got the pertinent information sorted out.
