The staff and the doctor were very friendly. They had a great selection of glasses. This definitely be mine and my family's new optometrist.
This weekend we visited West Village Optometry for the first time. Melissa was super attentive, patient and helped us navigate finding the right frames and determining how best to use our insurance. We had a couple of items to take care of during the week so she gave us her card and told us she would take care of us once we got the pertinent information sorted out. After years of going to Costco for my eye exams, my daughter recommended that I try West Village Optometry, and I have had a great experience. I saw Dr. Magdato and he took his time and did a great job fine tuning my prescription to improve issues that I have been having this past year. Id like to thank Bianca for helping me with acquiring my new prescription. She also helped me figure out which frames actually look good on me that matches my facial structure. Been happy with both my pairs no issues and perfectly adjusted to my face
