Very polite and professional staff, great selection of fresh flowers and manageable prices.
I will never return to west village flowers… I bought flowers on a Friday late morning and most of the bouquet wilted by early morning the following day … I called them and they said I needed to bring the flowers to show them Monday which I was was unable to do. I took a photo of the bouquet and my receipt… in my opinion should have been good enough for them to honor a refund… oh, in addition they claimed that one of the flowers in the bouquet was not theirs( they later apologized and said they had made a mistake ).
