I found this apartment while I was still living in Colorado.And was a little nervous getting everything set up without actually seeing the apartment. I arrived in June and couldn’t be happier with my place. Its a great quiet corner of town with easy access to all areas Ive only had one minor maintenance issue and it was corrected immediately. I would recommend living here.

Apartment is located next to a large camper/homeless population whom leave their trash everywhere. Not worth the money with the road being crowded with camper vans, tents, un leashed dogs, and trash everywhere. Simply not a safe place to live anymore, recommend living somewhere else.
just ... no. don't rent here. absolute horrible experience. there is absolutely zero communication between property manager & tenants. between awful parking, no snow removal, moldy washers, years old air filters, upstairs neighbors who throw cigarettes down on your patio & absolutely NO amenities - there are dozens of other properties that offer more & have great communication for the same price.
