I have been living here for 1 month and 22 days. I could even leave a positive review, but unfortunately the management prefers not to solve the problems in our apartment. The washing machine is full of mold. They keep saying the issue was resolved, but all they do is run the machine in a “clear” mode with a cleaning foam. That does not fix the problem, and they keep closing the service orders without addressing the real issue. West Village is perfectly situated in a quiet little area of town. Right near some wetlands - I always hear singing birds outside. I also love the close access to some city trails.
Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Up to date appliances. Prompt maintenance actions to my requests. The only issues I have had include a broken elevator and parking.
I love living here. There are no amenities per se, but it’s so quiet, the staff is kind and the grounds are kept beautifully. We have lived here for over a year. KIBLER FAMILY
We never had 1 issue while renting from them. They were always quick to respond and polite. Everything was very simple to navigate from the application to the move out.
