The tenants are nasty they don't follow rules still sitting on the porch and the walls not enough activities playing loud music at 12 midnight bothering management when there with clients it's not safe for tenants that want to live somebody has to step in and come down hard on the idiots that don't listen

The community builders staff is very rude & and annoying the matanice mop & don't sweep very nasty people walking around like zombies & homless people sleeping in hallways more like the 3 judges than anything else bugs mice broken appliances in the apartments the neighborhoods is ghetto u might get robbed more like a trap house than anything else loud smells of weed at night all through the building !! No stars place is ghoss !!

I'm so sick and tired of residents arguing and fighting the he said and she said and always happens on the 3rd need more security especially overnight people knocking on wrong doors I might move out the environment is not safe also someone needs to be on top of checking the cameras randomly someone might get seriously hurt got idiots not even paying their rent but I got taken to court sued and I don't have a job

On December 18 I received a message from Ms Marlo Giangrande that an email was sent to her I don't have to go to court on December 19 ,2024.i went to let the property manager Adela who was in the office on that day to let her know there were 2 people in the office knocked 3 times no one answer so I left a note in the office mail box to ask her my next move
