I’ve had a great experience living at The WestVillage Apartments, and a big part of that is thanks to the amazing staff here. The team has always been professional, attentive, and quick to resolve any issues that came up. They genuinely care about the residents, it shows in the way they handle everything with such promptness and kindness. Maintenance response fast to any problems that you have that Im happy with the rent and the location because it’s close to schools and enjoy living here.
It takes an extremely long time for anything to get fixed here. The elevator has been out of service for well over a year, yet nothing has been done.Management is fully aware of these issues. What makes this even more frustrating is that residents are still being charged for amenities such as the elevator and pool, despite neither being functional.
