Westview is really hard to communicate with, whether it be email or calls. My lease has been up since May and they keep telling me I will receive the new one to sign "next week." It's the middle of September and still no lease. I have called multiple times and still no return call. Housing is stressful enough in Colorado, but having no communication about your lease makes it much worse.
Worst property management company I have ever encountered. If they are even still in business, stay far away.
This company was the worst. No communication and no regard for other people's time.
I began the process of renting a home from West View. After submitting an application, I left several messages that were never returned. I tried to withdraw the application as well via message, but received no communication. A week later, they simply walked away with the application fee. Now I'm in the midst of submitting a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
