I recently left as a patient of this practice due to the extremely poor patient care. They repeatedly lost, or incorrectly completed paperwork for mail order medications. My doctor changed 3 times while I was there with no notice to me. When I needed medication refills I was told I had to see the new doctor. They would not provide any medications to get me thru to my appointment. This practice ignores pharmacy requests for refills. The lack of care they evidence for their patients is incredible.
