I feel very uncomfortable at the Caldwell YMCA. I had 2 serious concerns to discuss but they wouldn't listen to me. I finally talk to the director of the Caldwell YMCA and he is the worst. He said he didn't care and blew off my concerns saying nobody else complains about that. He put me on the defensive calling me a liar. He was very intimidating taking it personal that I had some concerns in the first place. I will not go to the Caldwell YMCA again. The Downtown Boise YMCA has much nicer staff.
