No service, high pressure sales I bought my Suzuki XL7 2004 couple of years ago. The sales guy used every high pressure sales technique. Later on, when I had problems with payments and car it self, I got no help. Today, I went there to buy some screws and clips to put a new fender and a bumper on my car, I was recently in a car accident, the prices were waaay over inflated, and I have to wait up to ten days for them to get the parts in. I would never buy ANYTHING from this dealership again.

Great Customer Service I am VERY happy with the service I recieved at West Valley Suzuki. I had some service work done to my car and they were speedy polite. I would and have recomended them to friends and family.
SHOP AROUND FIRST! THE ONLY FIVE STAR RATE WAS BY THEM! High pressure salesman, Has to run to another person to get a offer approved. I walked out and was ganged up on by two other salesperson and was asked why I walked out. begged me to come back in. Also had a friend go in and was taken to the cleaners on a used truck. She ended up trading in her newly rebuilt SUV and nice 1200 motorcycle for a piece of junk. She said they told her the truck was worth much more, but would give her a good deal! CROOKS!!!

Best Place To Buy a Car Great Dealership. Had the best time with Ken and all the guys and gals that helped me purchase my New Suzuki. I purchased a 2009 SX4 and got the best deal. I shoped two other dealers and they beat there price by a long shot.
West Valley Suzuki SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! This dealership SUCKS!!! First, I purchased a new SX4 here. When I got the vehicle I financed through them and they processed my loan 3 times. That's right. I had 3 loans in my name because of them. It took months to finally figure out what happened and I had people calling me stating that I was going to be sent to collections if I don't pay them. Gave me a great deal! My family was looking online for a suv or van. We ran accross a 2004 Toyota Sequoia, I have bought several cars over the years and up until this point I have never been to satisfied with the customer service. These guys took care of me very well. I got a great deal on my suv. Several hundreds less than anything I saw on other sites. I feel good about the purchase and recommend them to anyone.
