Do not take your children here. We used to go to this place to see a Dr. recommended to us when we first had our child. We rarely got to see our Dr. and on our latest visit was basically charged $150 for the Dr. to do nothing. They dismissed our daughters sickness and told us to ride it out. Took her in to another Dr. for a 2nd opinion and turns out she was nearly in a coma state and ended up needing surgery to correct a sickness. They admitted her to the ER. Doctors are wonderful here. Been coming here for years.
Absolutely disappointed. I’ve been taking my two children to this office since 2011. Last week, I called to schedule their well-child checks and was told I couldn’t do so until I paid a $25 balance from 11/24. I offered to pay at the appointment, but they refused to schedule until it was paid. I was transferred to billing — and the representative I spoke with was HORRIBLE. We've been coming to West Valley Pediatrics for almost 5 years already. Dr. Bajaj is so patient with my kids. She always has time for questions. The online portal is a convenient way to contact the office without having to go in.
