I was attended immediately by nurses and doctors. I. Was told what was wrong and what caused it. I was transferred to the hospital and spent 4 days until I was discharged. All personnel were attentive and helpful.
Great staff, facilities, programs, and overall care. My team of caregivers were amazing and attentive. Highly recommend!!!
I walked in to WVMC and was greeted by a staff member (not sure if she was a nurse or not) and requested my ID, in which I provided her with one. She then handed it to one of the front desk receptionist to search my name to see if I was in the system. I patiently waited. The front desk receptions then called out my name and advised me that she couldn't find my name in the system (with an attitude) and I told her that I have the referral on my phone.
