As someone with a severe medical condition, I’ve been to a lot of ER’s. West Valley was the best I’ve ever been to. They were quick, very sympathetic, and did everything they could to help me. The doctor was in my room within 3 minutes and he listened to everything I said and didn’t just assume I wanted pain medication. The nurses were absolutely amazing! Isaac was very kind and definitely helped me feel better. They were absolutely wonderful. If I ever need to be seen, I’m definitely coming here.
I was treated immediately on arrival. They treated me with care and compassion. I was in a lot of pain after a fall. I dislocated my shoulder, they diagnosed the problem and explained everything they were going to do. I really appreciate everything they did for me. Thank you Sue Thomas
