Too bad theres nothing less than one star. My wife is so sick she can barely sit up, but sit up we did for an hour and a half in the lobby, then another 45 minutes in the exam room. The excuse, "oh, mondays are always busy!" Well duh, if you are smart enough to get through medical school, or smart enough to curb the market in healthcare, you should be smart enough to STAFF UP during busy times. I wish i had an alternative. I also wish there was an alternative to sending my complaints into a bottomless bit bucket.
