Definitely the best customer service in utah. The staff is very personable and took their time to find out what I needed as well as taught me how to use new tools and really explore my hobby.
They are the best hobby shop around they have the best employees more than happy to help you with anything you need and if they don't have it they are more than happy to order it for you
I have never had a bad experience with WVH. It doesn't matter if I call in or show up in person. Everyone there is always willing to help me and answer every question that I have. Plus they always have the parts i need! For anyone that has a bad review I would say that you're crazy! Patience is key! Limited staff means you have to wait your turn! It is that busy for a reason! People love the help they get from these guys ( and gals )!!!! So wait your turn and you will get the help you are looking for and even more!
Been going to this shop for almost 10 years.... no other hobby store compares to these guys
I'm from Northern CA and have never seen a shop with so many cool cars and parts in one place! The guys here are friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I had a shop like this near where I live! They carry more than just Traxxas. They actually carry good brands like Vaterra and Axial. Lots of variety of stock and aftermarket parts.
Horrible customer service!!! There needs to be some training done. And the owner needs it too!! How about ZERO Stars!

My family and I have been commong here since I was in a car seat. Alot of the time "bad customer service" is people aren't pacient. Their is a limited staff on hand and if u wait ur turn ull get in credible help. I used to b a customer here and now I work here. People expect to much now days. With that being said. 5 out of 5 always for the best hobby shop in utah
