I actually went there today, it was really nice to see all the cool stuff and get help with my truck. The lady that helped me was really nice, she told me a lot of cool things I didn't know. They helped me get the exact parts I needed. Even though I just needed body clips and a new charger. But anyways they were really nice and considerate. I might need a new motor, and I'm definitely going to go back. That's why I am giving them 5 stars. �����
Just got out of the store. My husband wanted to see what options they had for his project, he was ready to spend quite a bit of money if directed properly, he needed some advice, that was it. The moment he explained what he needed the shop assistant started bashing him about everything that would not work for the project. My husband was fully aware of the issues he would have encountered in the process of making the project yet the shop assistant really enjoyed himself pointing out already known things. Went in to get some parts for my drone and even brought it with. They were very rude to me because I didnt know the name of the part. If there was another hobby shop even semi close I would never go here again.
Wow, what horrible customer service. I just asked for a re-print of a receipt for a RC vehicle I purchased several weeks ago and was told they would not do it even though they could. They simply didn't want to take the time to look in their system for the receipt. Never shopping there again.

Very disgusted with the customer service I just received from there. After buying two remote control cars there I returned to buy some parts and I will never step foot in there again. The guy got very ignorant and rude and told me I need to know my shit before I walk in there asking him for help! Sorry I didn't know exactly every detail about my truck! You guys just lost a valuable customer, congrats!
