Dr Anselmo, Porter and Ashly are all amazing and helped heal my plantar fasciitis! HOWEVER, the billing office is a joke. When trying to get in touch with a human to set a up payments and resolve my bill…,they’ve ghosted me for a month now. I’ve called dozens of times, emailed them and left both my work and cell phone numbers. The front desk lady, Ashly has attempted to get me in touch with them but I ALWAYS get their voicemail. Never a call back. It’s like they’re intentionally trying to get my account sent to collections.
Went to see Dr A after a long several months of pain, I needed to go through ankle surgery. Dr A was simply amazing! I had a major panic attack when it came to my cast, he took it off because I couldn’t handle it and ended up wearing my brace for the rest of the healing process (ankle healed up fine). Dr A was so awesome I even recommended him to my boyfriend’s friend. I would never want to go through the pain again, but if I end up having to go through surgery again I will choose Dr A again.
The front desk and the doctor and his assistant were so sweet to us. I highly recommend coming here.!
