I contacted after mercy care mentioned participation. Basically gaslighted me wished me luck and negated any attempt at getting seen for my broken tooth. Either you do participate or don't just don't keep same customer service when people need care to resolve or find answers to needed care
Dr. Shaw recently relocated to Arizona and we are so lucky to have him. Not only is he a highly skilled and experienced endodontist, but he is extremely kind, caring and gentle. He listens to his patients and every treatment is carefully evaluated and carried out. Highly recommend!
