Terrible experience. Scheduling issues. Sent me to their other office to get the scheduled root canal done. An hour and 15 extra miles later, all they could do was a consult…not the work. Walked out. They wasted my whole morning. Won’t go back

The doctor was amazing, however, the person that handles billing is horrible. I was told my surgery would be fully covered and then after the surgery they sent me a bill. Why get pre-authorization from my insurance before surgery and then not except my insurance after surgery? I am sick to my stomach from all the stress they have put me through.
I hope people read this before ever stepping foot in the Goodyear location. Previous reviews must be under old management. This place is a nightmare, they were going to perform oral surgery on my son but didn’t have a license anesthesiologist. On day of his appointment we showed up and they said they called to reschedule but my sons voicemail was full and couldn’t leave a voicemail so I called it in front of them it wasn’t so receptionist/office manager changed her story and blamed it on the temps working in the office to he... read more
I wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately that’s not an option. He doesn’t even deserve the one star. Their office is horrible. I’ve been lied to several times. Getting a simple wisdom teeth with sedation authorization approved is a nightmare. Which I know they know how as they did it a year ago. To make me pay $90 for someone in TX to read an x-ray and yet it’s been almost two months and no results!!! Paul is a homophobic bully and a hateful human. He believes that being queer means you have AIDS, HEP C AND HERPES. Coming from a "medical professional" this is disturbing commentary. Makes me question his education and credentials.
