Overall service is good but there is no honor of appointment visits. There is a single line for both walking in and scheduled ones. So most of time, you won’t just arrive on time and get the lab work done in a reasonable time.
I’m changing my 5 star review to zero.. for 2 reasons: 1. This lady (Raquel loganzo) during blood withdraw never has small dressing pad ready to put on your arm right after syringe is taken out. She will try to open the packet while the syringe is inside your arm.. it HURTS when she shakes trying to open the pack. (First incident was last month, I thought May be she had forgotten) it’s ok 2. But no! Today was my second time experience with the same lady and she does the same thing again (opening the packet while the syringe ... read more
Very rude people answering the phone and without helping you they hang up the phone on your face!!!
I have been going here for 14-15 years or more and I love the staff and the ease of going to this center.
