I wish I could give less than 1 star for them having no compation or humanity I got to the location a half hour before closing and while checking in realized I forgot my wallet at home so I rushed home and back to the location and got there no lie one minute after 8pm and there girl came to the door and said she would not check me in because when I was there earlier I did not have my info...God sees all and what goes around comes around. No humanity left in this world.
This is the worst medical facility and practice I have ever been to in over 50 years. The communication between doctor and patient is horrible. I have sent two (2) "Certified Mail" letters to Dr. Kleven in the last two years explaining to him the BAD - lack of - communication from his assistant, Ana (Calvo) Hunt. I also explained to Dr. Kleven that poor communication with a patient (especially a Senior) could result in a medical emergency: even death. The problem is never addressed. one of the worse Medical Places I have ever been to..waited over 3 & 1\2 hours to be given only nausea meds..and still had to go to Hospital Emergency room.. The nurse practionor was the worse I have ever in countered. .very Rude and Unprofessional!! Avoid at all Cost!!!!
If you ever need an Urgent Care DO NOT go to this place!!! I took my sick daughter there this morning at 8 am! We were the 2nd in line. Fifty minutes later the very unprofessional girl at the front desk calls me to the window & throws out a crazy amount for my copay! I asked how she came up with that amount her reply was it is what it is, & you owe a deductible! BULL my husband was just there 2 days prior and was charged the correct amount $25 copay!
