just what I needed Went to them because I know nothing about tires, nor do I want to; I want to depend on them to keep the wheels rolling, in good shape. I believe that's what I'll get here. First visit: received pleasantly, specialist reviewed tire status and made a recommendation that was reasonable; I asked for first-of-the-day service and was scheduled for the following a.m. Very pro and pleasant, can't ask for more than that.

Most Professional Auto Center I Been To I ordered some tires off Tire Rack and had them changed here. What prompted me to have them installed here was because they were not only the least expensive but also had the most positive reviews. My experience only reaffirms the positive reviews. I was greeted by Vic and less than one hour later, he had my tires mounted and balanced. I will definitely come again.

Integrity and Honesty - you can't beat this shop! 15 year customer - just completed more work on our fifth car. This shop has always provided an excellent value for the price, meaning top quality service at a reasonable price. Ted is the main guy - you can rely on him for honest evaluations of your car. There is no way you can go wrong using WVAT and Ted!

Excellent Service I ordered my new tires on-line and had them delivered to WVAT. They had them installed and balanced in no time. They also did a full inspection of my vehicle. They checked all the belts and all the fluids. This was an added service that I did not even request. The only thing they recommended was that I get my transmission fluid changed with my next oil change. What a great place. I will take all my service to them from now on as well as recommending them to everyone who will listen.

Excellent Auto Repair Shop I have been taking my cars to West Valley Auto Tech for 15 years. They have always done an excellent job with customer interaction as well as with the repairs. I am convinced that they are very honest about what needs to be done. There have been times when I have suggested what I thought the cause of a problem might be and they told me that less work was required than I thought.

cheaper than the dealer This place did my brakes for much cheaper than the dealer offered me to do them for. They provided OEM quality brake pads and rotors. My rotors were warped, so they completely replaced them instead of sanding them down. The staff was helpful and helped me understand what needed to be done to fix my car. I'd go here again.

oil changed My oil change and brake job here was done on time. I dropped off my car at the beginning of the day, had a co worker take me to work, and was able to pick up the car all done at the end of the work day. After the new brake installation, the car feels much more solid. The oil also made it run smoother considering I didn't take it in for an oil change for over 10000 miles.

Reliable Auto Repair We have taken many cars to West Valley over the years. We drive older cars and they can handle any type. They do smog and most types of repairs, they warranty their work and charge a reasonable price. You don't have to worry about getting ripped off.
