My sister rented an apartment/condo from Kirk Harry! It was a very nice gentleman, and the process was fairly easy.
Do not recommend doing buisness with Lucas Thomas. He lets his tenants live in sub par living conditions, over $100.00 water line repair issues. He will even go as far as attempting to make fraudulent insurance claims. When insurance doesn't side with him he will resort to leaving bad reviews. Very desperate, with bad character.
