My husband and I rented from Melody at West USA, for several years and had nothing but, great experience's. Melody always provided excellent customer service, even through rough times; always understanding and compassionate. Additionally, the security deposit was received within a week of moving out, very fast! My husband and I, highly recommended Melody at West USA.
***West USA, and Jacquie K****** are great*** However, Melody R******** is rude, unprofessional, dishonest, and should be avoided at all costs. When we complained to West USA ownership about Melody's behavior and lack of attention to maintenance issues, she went out of her way to make things more difficult for our family.
