Was placed into the perfect home to start our family, was very pleased with Shan who had helped us, even with a few hiccups that we encountered on our end, he made it work! Got us in, and has been more than helpful with anything we need. Couldn't be happier to be here, and in Cochrane!

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this situation really needs to be addressed. When I shared my concerns, they were ignored and passed along without any resolution. I have an assigned parking stall, with the vehicle plate information linked to it, which my daughter was using for her SUV that was gifted to her after her grandfather’s passing. The SUV was parked with a flat tire while she saved up for repairs, insurance, and registration. The leasing specialist had the move in inspection form already checked off that everything was fine and we did not do a walk through. I was told that the carpets would be cleaned and they were not. I spent 8 hours over 3 nights cleaning the carpets and there are areas that are beyond cleaning. I am not able to sleep in the primary bedroom due to the smell of pets in the carpet. There are 3 windows with broken hardware and one that does not work. Overall, I am unhappy and my leasing agent has yet to get back to me.
