Very nice. It's a 55+ community, disabled or not. You have your own parking space, very little room for visitors, but I'm sure they'll find a spot. Looks great, very clean, a few trails to amble on. Everybody seemed nice to one another, very pleasant atmosphere. There's a waiting list, so please fill-out an application while you are there, just to be sure.
You get only what you can afford and make the best out of it in these difficult times we are living.
After several years here I could not recommend this over 55, low-income complex . Their is insufficient heat in the units. No heat ducts in the kitchen, bath or entrance hall. The only way I am able to stay warm is paying extra electric to run my own heaters. In the summer I've checked the hall temps as high as 101. In my apartment there is only one sleeve for a wall a/c unit and it is a small one in the living room. The bedroom is way too hot and window units are not allowed.
