On July 5 there were at least 5 cars with damaged tires on interstate 75 because of concrete on the highway because of a damaged divider / accident. I was one of the cars with the unfortunate blown tires. The driver arrived within 15 minutes of the incident and towed me to 2 different locations without complaint. They also waived my extra tow fee. The courteous service was very much appreciated. I want to also congratulate the Flint police department for their very, very fast response to the incident. My 2016 Subaru Outback would not start and it was getting dark. I called AAA and they referred me to West Town Towing. The tow driver tried to start the car and said the problem was not the battery and towed it to their facility. The driver was Terrance and he was professional and friendly. They have a driver that showed up his name is Russell he was very polite and knew what he was doing. My daughter was with the car car for 20 minutes she was told an hour he got there vary fast he deserves a raise this was about 2 weeks ago

My truck broke down on I-75 just north of Flint. AAA sent West Town Towing (Demetrius) to assist. Demetrius went above and beyond to get me back on the road and home safely. Promt, courteous and helpful.
