The monthly fee was ok. The units are grungy, smell and mouse infested. Make sure to use plastic containers where the lids fit tight and use duct tape to keep the smell out as well as the mice. We thought the lids were on good but we ended up throwing out stuff because of smell, mouse chewing, pee and pooping. We recommend that you use tubs that fit tight and that you duct tape a seal to keep out the smell. Not sure if the tape will stop the mice from chewing through and getting in the tub.
