Horrible, horrible, horrible! Went in to have daughter's eyes examined. Told it would be just a few minutes. Asked if we had insurance (we did) and completed forms for filing claim. After waiting over an hour and watching people walk in and out. When I inquired as to "how much longer"...was told that they see "cash paying customers" first and that our insurance will be verified as soon as they can, but they had to take care of these "people" first. WRONG LENSES – I went to the location at 7600 Kingston Pike Knoxville Tn, in West Town Mall, I arrived at 4:00 to purchased Two pairs of glasses at the advertised special (two pairs for $99) picked out a pair of regular and a pair of sunglasses both perscription. The total came to $257.85? I needed the glasses so i went ahead with the purchase, was told to be back for pick up at 7:00.
