Horribly ran
I like West Town Court because it makes my life easy. I pay my rent online, and if I have issues, I will either walk to the office to talk to someone face-to-face or use my laptop instead of my phone to get what I need done. My only issue with West Town Court is the pigeons, which has been an issue since I moved in, and how the gates do not work correctly. I feel we pay too much in rent for residents to allow their guests to trash our community and there not be consequences or evidence that it never happened.
I want to thank Maria, the front desk assistant for helping me with a simple matter that took 3 months to fix via numerous emails/calls to mgmnt. Regards to rental insurance issues, with professionalism and detailed information, she was able to solve my inquiries just like that. Thank you! You’re the best!
