I appreciate that any complaints are addressed immediately, and the property upgrades—including the state-of-the-art living spaces and new appliances—have been wonderful. The new management has really changed my perspective on this place. When will you guys take the lock and chain off the back gate? It’s a fire hazard to have one gate and it’s a major inconvenience for the residents that live in the back of the complex.

I would not recommend living at West Town Court Apartments. The gates are always broken, which makes the complex feel unsafe. Because of this, there are frequently homeless individuals walking through the property, despite management claiming security is a priority. The pool was consistently dirty and poorly maintained. On top of that, there were serious pest issues, scorpions and cockroaches were a constant problem. I had to call pest control repeatedly just to try to keep things somewhat under control.
