I would greatly recommend Dr. Mary Tam. Like other reviewer said, She explained my tooth problem very clearly to me and answered many questions in a very professional manner. I wish she can be my family dentist.
I was referred here, and my exam was fine I guess. But while I was in the waiting room I heard the dentist just verbally abusing the receptionist. It was incredibly unprofessional and also just like messed up to talk to an employee that way. I will never be coming back.
I was referred to Dr Khurana by my dentist to redo an old root canal that was getting infected and I have never felt so comfortable in a dentist chair! Dr Khurana was absolutely friendly, gentle, and reassuring all the time. He explained all the steps, what was happening, what went wrong before, and so on. The girls at the front were also friendly, and very helpful when I needed docs for my insurance. Would recommend 10/10!
While I have had one moderately positive experience here in the past, I had a fairly negative experience this time around. I was referred based on a need for a root canal, on a tooth my dentist confirmed could be saved after an tooth infection cleared up. Within 2 minutes of my visit, the dentist used too much force and drew blood, and told me it would require an extraction. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr Ramitpal Khurana at the Endodontic Specialty Group in Etobicoke for a root canal, and I must say that it was a truly positive experience - and to say that about a root canal, well you know it had to be a fab experience then!
