Terrible at communication and not good at following through with promises or commitments. Wasn’t willing to help with any problems they caused.

Donegal Bay is low income housing and definitely helpful for newlyweds and students who don't have a lot of money. However, they are subject to rent increases just like everybody else. The apartments are spacious, but you do get what you pay for. They are not updated, and quite dirty when you move in. But it is nice to have a back patio and outdoor storage as well. Applied a couple months ago and can never get a hold of manager. Paperwork I received stated we would have to check every month to keep spot on waitlist but can't because the manger never responds. Paid $50 for application fee that I'll never get back from a place that won't return calls so I can keep my spot on the waitlist.
Worst management ever! It is a super old apartment and we payed a cheaper rent for sure so it is good for international students with families, but the manager was never there, they never answer phone calls, when we moved in the place was super dirty and when we did the move-out we left the apartment better than when we moved in and the manager said everything looked good and that she would not charge us, and then I got a bunch of fees that she did not mentioned before, even a cleaning fee that she mentioned she would not ch... read more
