I had brakes and rotors replaced on my 2022 Murano. The service took less than an hour at a competitive price. The staff was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend!! A+++

My car decided to act up, cut off,couldn't jump it off; and finally got AAA to get me started. Called Derrick at West Auto, just as nonchalantly told me to come on in, we' ll get you going. I also had covid. Derrick.said don't worry, we will get you going, and we will work it out. They saw me and said it will be at least 30 minutes...which was great. In 18 .minutes I was with a new battery and leaving. Typical quiet, easy courteous service
