We have purchased two properties through Ken and Pam, of West Texas Realty, and they've always made the experience a great success. Nobody knows the area better than they do. They make sure you know what you're getting and will do everything they can to keep you safe through and after you've closed. We're currently planning on moving to Alpine, to be able to enjoy our Terlingua Ranch properties and BBNP. Ken and Pam will be our agents, in our new home search.
Pam knows the area well and readily shared her expertise with me when I needed comparable sales information for a property tax appraisal review. She is very responsive. I would look to her first for a land sale or purchase in Brewster County.
