Did not arrive on time, now they won't answer my calls. It's hard to complete a task when you plan something out and concrete doesn't arrive on time.
Contracted West Texas Ready Mix for a minimum load and they did not arrive with the load at the time agreed on. This put our crew in danger as we were blocking all water coming from a large big box store. The plug ended up blowing due to pressure building after sitting for 5 hours longer than anticipated and we were unable to take delivery. We now have to have another subcontractor back out and perform the entire job again. This has cost us thousands in labor and subcontractor fees that we will be unable to recoup.
