Love WTP! Doctors, nurses, front desk staff! The sweetest and most patient group. So happy that these are the hands caring for my children!
The staff was very accommodating and helpful. A couple staff members went out of their way to help me get documents to the right places. I truly appreciate their effort's. The doctor was also kind and thorough with my little ones.
My girls love Dr Landry and her nurses. We no longer dread going in for a check-up. I really like that she listens to ALL of my concerns no matter how big or small.
We really like Dr. Rogers the doctors and nurses here, but the front desk is hard to communicate with. They either are dismissive or don't listen and making an appointment can be difficult for that reason. Also, when they make a mistake in scheduling, they tend to someone turn it around and make it seem like you are at fault. If it wasn't for the front desk, I would definitely give this office a perfect review because all the other staff we have met are wonderful.
