My experience was very good !
Today was my first time with Dr Lopez and West Texas Pain Institute. Was very comfortable with his demeanor and professionalism. Looking forward to living with less (or no) pain. Also, a great staff.
West Texas Pain Institute. The receptionist who answered the phone said, "We do not accept patients who do not have insurance." I asked, "So if i am a self pay, and pay in cash this doctor won't see me?" The receptionist advised, "Correct." I am just curious to know why?
DO NIT GO HERE!!! Terrible experience at this facility. Cost me 40 dollars only to be turned away because I did not have 25 dollar co pay. I have Medicare, medicaid and Humana PPO, and because I could not prove it because they do not provide internet, I was turned away.
