Dr Brennon and his staff were fantastic!!! So incredibly sweet, & Dr Brennon is compassionate and actually wants to solve the problem instead of just covering it up.. Thank you for such a great experience!!!
Dr. Dickens performed my ACL surgery back in September of 2024. Workman's comp has been denying my P.T. I reached out to them for assistance in having it approved. Ashley, Crystal, and Karola all played a part in finally convincing Workman's Comp that it is medically necessary. I'm very thankful for these people, Dr. Dickens as well. Thank you all.
I have driven both my father and my mother-in-law to this office. It’s a 2.5 hr drive each way. My father was treated very rudely and kept waiting by the front office staff. The Dr was very abrupt and dismissive. We did not go forward with his surgery through them. My mother in law had hip surgery with Dr dickens-it went fine. However her follow up was a nightmare. The office called 4 times to reschedule! The day arrives-we make the long drive- only to be told she missed her appointment and they couldn’t get her in for hours... read more
