Kris Edwards, the office manager at West Texas Eyecare has no business being behind the counter as any kind of customer service rep, or manager.. let alone running an office. She was very rude to me not just in front of my daughter, but to her as well. when i called about the matter to complain to the manager, i had to hold back the urge to laugh at the fact that she landed a management position at this place. when bringing it to her attention how rude and unnecessarily her comment came across to me, she refused to apologize... read more
The manager of this place, Kris Edwards, is terribly rude. Not only to patients, but their children too. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the staff is great.
