We had to go to West Texas ER tonight when my daughter busted her chin open on a slide at daycare. She needed 5 stitches. The staff was absolutely amazing. They all had the best interaction with her, kept her mind off what was happening and made sure she wasn't scared at all. They literally made it a painless experience and because of their attention, talent and professionalism they got her out without a single tear.
