A nightmare! I had to take my cat to this emergency hospital on May 11th because he was really sleepy and I could notice he was not feeling ok. We had to wait for 4 hours because the place was packed. Animals were everywhere and a receptionist who was overwhelmed and in a very bad mood could not manage the situation. After 4 hours waiting, a vet checked on him and told us that he had to sleep over because the X-rays showed something in his stomach. She told us they would call us in the morning. Nobody called. Took my granddaughter's dog here because she had a fever and tremors. After giving her an IV and doing blood tests Dr can out and said that she tested negative for tick fever but she thought that's what she had anyway. She gave her medicine for that. Next day no better and now not eating or drinking. Seriously? If you don't know do further testing to find a solution. On our way to a REAL vet that won't grasp the sir for a solution .
