Trucks are very poorly cared for and unsafe. Terrible integrity when I purchased a truck that was told "was ready to work". Cost approximately 30k dollars to get this truck ready to go. After calling to inform what it took me in repairs, I was ignored.
Dumpster was supposed to be delivered and never arrived due to truck breaking down. No one from company bothered to call. Cancelled dumpster and used some one else.
if there was o star i would have gave that. it is 3:44pm it says they are open till 7:00 the lady who answerd my call said everyone was out on the road and just hung up on me.
West Texas Dumpsters is the only company in the Permian that has been able to service my projects out in rural areas. I was let down by another company for a big job and they got me the three containers I needed to keep my crews working and my project on schedule. Dumpsters are dumpsters but these people are some of the nicest and mmost sincere I have ever talked to...for garbage people.
