We've Used West Texas Door twice, Dwayne came out both times and did work for us. Very pleasant and hardworking! Love this company! So glad I found them rather than Overhead, who wanted to charge me double if not triple the price. Love this honest company! Thank you for doing a awesome job and getting us in ASAP :)
Lubbock! These guys installed custom full view glass doors on my patio...incredible! Friendly, punctual, professional...start to finish. Oh...and 40% cheaper than that other door company! Forty. Percent.
Very pleased with pricing and service! Jana called along the wait to keep us informed and the guys did an excellent job cleaning up after installing our new doors!
Called in the morning for an estimate appt for 2 doors and openers. Said they would be there at 3. 3:30...no one shows, I call, running late be there within the hour. 4:45, still no one - call back - said they came by and no one here - wrong! Then it was must have had wrong address. Why not call and confirm address? For that matter, why not call if you are running late? Will go elsewhere.
Hey Lubbock there is another garage door repair place in town. We were so impressed, we called, they came right over, had us fixed up w/o replacing the entire door which is what the other company in town quoted us that needed to be done. Were done with the job in 30 minutes or less and they saved us hundreds of $$$ . We definitely want to get the word out this fine business!
