Slow service. They don't list if they're out of any type of food. Brisket, etc. customer service is not they're primary concern.

Elizabeth... Are you upset about the service or the fact that you didn't get any Brisket??? We cook fresh food everyday and plan how much to cook according to what was used the same day the previous week. It's EXTREMELY hard to cook enough so that we don't run out without cooking way too much and having a bunch of leftovers.... Trust me, we do the best we can... We served 150 customers yesterday (Friday 08-24-18) between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM and to the best of my knowledge you are the only person that was unhappy in any way,... read more
