IT'S NOT AS MUCH ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS AS TO WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT IT! I bought a brand new home almost 2 years ago. Without going into all the details, DR Horton, multiple neighbors and I discovered some major problems in the subdivision that put all the houses at risk for stability. Needless to say, everyone was not happy about it and was not sure what to do about it.
