This facility hasn't been built, as of Dec. 13, 2018. Went to the street address, after talking to an Acivities Director at a 615 area code, regarding becoming a volunteer. She enthusiastically told me the procedures needed to get vetted as a volunteer therapy dog team. Drove to the address.......open field! Only after talking to folks at the State Developmental Disabilities building nearby, was I told this is a FUTURE facility...no ground has been broken yet! Husband is a Vietnam Vet and we were looking forward to volunteer... read more
