I would NOT refer West TN Restoration to anyone unless you want a half done job OR want someone to get paid from your insurance company and keep some of the material that was purchased for your job among other things. I heard they were okay before hiring them but wow after having them in the home and dealing with them, NEVER AGAIN!!! They worked on a relatives home and they were unprofessional, argumentative and dishonest. They performed shotty work and they were upset when they were called out on it.
