Everything!!! They are horrible. I was sent there to see the doctor every 2 month’s. I saw him once when I had a seizure in the waiting room, then again 6 months later. The rest of the time I was always seen by the nurse practitioner there! I mean come on, this is his (THE DOCTOR) job to see me. I Would/Will Not Ever recommend this place to anyone.
You turned my account over to a collection agency without ever sending me a bill. Very poor customer service!!!!
Most incompetent staff with a doctor who doesn’t follow through with his word. I highly recommend if you care about yours or your family members well-being, that you DO NOT use this pathetic excuse for a medical practice.
NOT IMPRESSED!!! My appointment was Fri, Sept. 21st and the doctor JUST called in my prescriptions (according to his office workers; after me having to call MANY times) Thursday, Sept. 27th. On my second trip to the pharmacy to see if my meds are here.
Although the wait is a little long at times Dr. Saeed has been the best in helping me with my migraines. Thank you!
Refused to see my husband saying we had an outstanding balance that had been paid through the third party online billing service they offer. Sent us to collections for a different (astronomical) amount without ever sending us a statement or attempting to contact us.
I love Dr. Saeed!!! He is awesome!!! Found & started treating me for MS! And, as anyone with MS knows - daily life is a challenge at times - we don't need extra stress!
