You need to fix the front office it is a disaster. The phone system & communication are awful. The doctors are great !
I came into the office last Thursday and I was in total shock. The receptionist didn't have a glue what insurance was primary. The nurses complained saying they didn't have proper training and wasn't sure which med was my seizure medicine. You guys should be embarrassed. I'm currently looking for a new neurologist for me and my family.
I Love Dr. Saeed and Debbie Turner. They are the best in Neuro Anomics and Seizure Disorder.
I love it I go every 3 months
I've yet to see Dr saeed... but I MUST brag on Debbie Turner. She is so knowledgeable and gives patient's like myself HOPE. If you are struggling w any form of autonomic disorder, see her!
