Had my second visit there. Mrs. Jamie and her receptionist were extremely friendly. She explained every procedure she did and explained all the results to me and discussed options for me.
I am so grateful for the help I get here. Everyone is so nice. The audiologist is the best. Thank you, Caroline Merwin for helping me.

The ladies there was so amazing to my son and my self easy to talk to felt right at home got my son in early thats always good I really loved this place
West Tennessee hearing and speech will never know how much I appreciate everything they have helped my child over come and goals that he has met in the time he’s been there. Even though I know at times my child was very challenging in some areas he had difficulty in, Ms Kim never seemed to give up on him and I am forever grateful for that! West Tennessee hearing and speech will always hold a special place in my heart!
Again this Team has help me out more the words can explain. Yesterday it was a easy fix for this crew. They took the time to get me in and back to hearing again. As always you guys have knock it out of the Ball Park. Thank you
