Everyone at the front desk was great!!! The nurse who assisted me for my EKG made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Even while looking straight ahead I kept a close eye on her. She had such a hateful look on her face. I have felt this type of hate throughout my life: as a child, a teenager, and in my 30s and 40s. It does not change. I'm at Jackson North Hospital. Got here at 4pm. It's now 6:34 pm. I came in with a back injury. I have called the nurse/doctor about 4 times. Every time I hit the call button. The nurse just says ok. So the last time hit the button. I ask what is going on why no one is coming to see if need help. I done used the bathroom on myself. All because the nurse told me it's only 1 doctor and 16 patients. I was truly blown away today by this hospital. My daughter broke both bones in her forearm Monday. I rushed her to Milan ER, and she was treated terribly. They were rough, mean, and did not care that her arm was shaped like a U or that she was in pain. She sat for 5 hours for them to just wrap it, tell us she'd have surgery in the morning so she didn't need pain meds and send her home.
