Bought my glasses there returned them the first time because of blurry vision. Received them back 3 weeks later still have the same problem tried to wear them for a week could only wear them a few hours each morning before burning eyes and blurry vision was still a problem they have no refunds they said that I could bring them back and get a refund but I would have to leave my glasses there and wait for a check to be mailed later on in the month from ******* at extension 115 which has been disabled and cannot receive message... read more
Bad service, long waits. They schedule you for 8 AM appointment and no one is there at 8. Takes 20 minutes to get computer started and for staff and doctor to arrive. Vey unprofessional. Then they tried to shake me down for money I did not owe them. Last visit was in Feb and they sent a text in Aug wanting $270. Did not return phone message. When I finally got a hold of someone one week later, I was told there was a billing problem but no one ever called or texted to retract the request for money. Stay away.
HORRIBLE! Never have I ever did a review on BBB. I have had several small issues with them and knew I wasnt going back. A s**** came out of my glasses so I brought them in. I go the next day to retrieve them and for the next 3 days they said they didnt know where they were . Let me add these ladies work at other locations as well. I get a call on the 4th day that they were found and ready. I go in to be told by the front desk they couldnt find them for me to wait on someone else who was with another customer . Would not recommend under any circumstances. Have had contacts for over 25 years and have no health issues with my eyes. All I needed was an annual exam for renewal and possible adjustment of my prescription. Simple right? Been around for over 50 years and this is the most tedious, rigid, deceitful and insulting experiences I have ever had dealing with a health care provider. RecommendedDr. Talley the greatest , he is very meticulous on his examination and explain his findings and discuss the best approaches to getting the issues resolved , and getting you to the group of best eye surgeons for your particular eye problems. he find what most Optometrist miss. believe me I know from experience 3 tears and detachment In the same eye.
